The GJ copper-gold porphyry project is located in north-western British Columbia, Canada about 10 kilometres west of Highway 37. The Company has a 100% interest in the property.

GJ is a copper-gold porphyry system with a NI 43-101 compliant measured and indicated resource, at a cut-off of 0.20% copper, of 153.3 million tonnes grading 0.321% copper and 0.369 g/t gold containing 1.09 billion pounds of copper and 1.82 million ounces of gold. There is an additional inferred resource, at a cut-off of 0.20% copper, of 23 million tonnes grading 0.26% copper and 0.31 g/t gold containing 132 million pounds of copper and 0.23 million ounces of gold.(See news release dated October 7, 2008)

In August 2010 the Company entered into an Option Agreement with Teck Resources Limited whereby Teck is granted options to earn up to a 75% interest in the Company's 100% owned GJ copper-gold property. (See news release dated August 16, 2010)

Mr. Bob Carmichael, Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc) degree from UBC, and a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (APEGBC), is a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Carmichael is Vice President, Exploration for the Corporation and has prepared or supervised the preparation of the information that forms the basis of this project summary or approved the written disclosure.
