Josemaria The Josemaría Project is a large Au-Cu (Mo) porphyry system discovered by the Company in 2003. A 43-101 compliant resource estimate prepared for Josemaria has an inferred resource of 460 million tonnes at 0.39% TCu and 0.30 g/t Au at a 0.30% Cu cutoff. 43-101 Technical Report The Josemaria Project is located in northern San Juan Province, northwest Argentina. The Company holds a 100% interest. Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation ("JOGMEC") has an option to acquire a 40% interest by making a total of $6 million in exploration expenditures over a period of three years. Forty-eight reverse circulation holes (JMRC 1 - JMRC 30, JMRC 32, AP DDH 06, JMRC 33 -- JMRC 48) and seven diamond drill holes (JMDH 01 -- JMDH 07) totalling 21,639 meters have been completed over four drill campaigns (2003 - 2007). The 2009 - 2010 exploration season includes additional drilling. Photo Josemaria Targets Nov. 20, 2009

The chargeability model shows high chargeability zones adjacent to the resource area. These zones are targeted by the 2009-2010 drill program. Josemaria Drill Site Nov. 2009
