Lukas H. Lundin
Chairman
Mr. Lundin is known for recognizing value and superior global investment opportunities in the natural resource sector. His uninhibited pursuit of highly prospective properties around the world has resulted in numerous resource discoveries, including the multi-million ounce Veladero gold discovery. Mr. Lundin has also led several companies through highly profitable business acquisitions and mergers such as Lundin Mining's $3.3 billion merger with EuroZinc Mining, and most recently the $2 billion sale of Tanganyika Oil Company Ltd. Mr. Lundin is a graduate of the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. He currently sits on the Board of a number of publicly traded companies.
Dr. Wojtek Wodzicki
President, CEO & Director
Dr. Wodzicki has worked in the international mining industry since 1987 and has managed exploration programs on five continents. He is a geologist by training and has a doctorate in Geosciences from the University of Arizona. He previously served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Lundin Mining Corporation and President, CEO and Director of Sanu Resources Ltd. Prior to joining the Lundin Group Dr. Wodzicki was with Teck Cominco Ltd. in a variety of roles that included managing exploration offices in Bolivia, Peru, Chile, and Argentina. He finished his career with Teck Cominco as General Manager of Exploration for North America and Europe-Africa.
Wanda Lee
Chief Financial Officer
Ms Lee is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years experience in the mining industry. Since 1988, she has served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller/Treasurer for a number of publicly traded resource based companies. From 1992 to 1995, Ms Lee was Chief Financial Officer of International Musto Explorations until the company was sold to Rio Algom and North Ltd for $500 million. Ms Lee was also Controller/Treasurer of Argentina Gold Corp when the company was the subject of a takeover by Homestake Mining Company for $300 million. Ms. Lee has extensive experience in the accounting, auditing, tax activities and financial reporting processes of public companies, including reporting to audit committees and the preparation of financial information for various regulatory bodies. Ms Lee is currently Chief Financial Officer of several Lundin Group Companies.
Paul Conibear
Director
Mr. Conibear has over 25 years of experience in mining projects in several African countries, North America, and a number of South American countries. His background includes 18 years of project and construction management across a diverse range of minerals projects encompassing base and precious metal, coal, uranium and potash investments. For the last 10 years he has held public company executive management and director's positions with the Lundin group of companies, most notably serving for several years as President and CEO of Tenke Mining Corp. where he was instrumental in progressing the world class Tenke Fungurume copper/cobalt project towards its current position as a major mining operation in central Africa.
William A. Rand
Director
Mr. William A. Rand received a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honors Economics) from McGill University, a law degree from Dalhousie University and a Master of Laws degree in international law from the London School of Economics. Mr. Rand practiced securities law in Vancouver, British Columbia, for nearly 25 years before retiring in October 1992 to establish Rand Edgar Capital Corp., an investment/banking, venture capital company. Mr. Rand is a director of a number of publicly-traded resource-based companies.
Michael Winn
Director
Mr. Winn served as a director of Sanu Resources Ltd. from March 2004, until the closing of Sanu's business combination with Canadian Gold Hunter on August 20, 2009. Mr. Winn is currently President of Terrasearch Inc., a consulting company that provides investment analysis and financial services to companies operating in the oil & gas mining, and energy sectors. Prior to forming his company in 1997, Mr. Winn spent four years as an analyst for a Southern California based brokerage firm where he was responsible for the evaluation of emerging oil and gas and mining companies. Mr. Winn has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1983 and the mining industry since 1992, and is also a director of several companies operating in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Mr. Winn has completed graduate course work in accounting and finance and received a B.S. in geology from the University of Southern California.
I. Rodrigo A. Romo
Corporate Secretary
Mr. Romo holds a two-year Diploma of Technology in Financial Management (Professional Accounting Option) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (1993) and a two-year Diploma of Paralegal Studies from Capilano University's Institute of Paralegal Studies (2000).

From September 2001 until July 2009, Mr. Romo was the in-house Securities and Corporate Paralegal for Quorum Management & Administrative Services Inc. ("Quorum"), a private company, which provides management, administrative, legal, geological and other services to a number publicly traded mineral exploration companies. Mr. Romo also acted as the Corporate Secretary for two of the Quorum group of companies, namely, Emgold Mining Corporation and ValGold Resources Ltd. Prior to joining Quorum, Mr. Romo was a Securities and Corporate Paralegal with the law firm of Lang Michener LLP.
